Our award winning Food & Beverage team, voted Australia’s Caterer of the Year and Best Function/Convention Centre Caterer for the third occasion, deliver a delicious selection of restaurant and cafe fare, fresh daily from our kitchens.

‘Olio’ located in the Grey Street Ground Floor Foyer is a Mediterranean style Cafe & Bar featuring modern, innovative casual dining and take-away with a focus on fresh local produce. 

Olio Cafe & Bar embraces the lively cultural and restaurant clientele with its sidewalk dining and provides the ideal destination for our visiting delegates as well as being perfect for that pre theatre meal.

Merivales Cafe Bar & Restaurant, located in the Merivale Street Main Foyer, offers a contemporary and sophisticated menu selection from the very casual to the more formal.  Special event dining is catered for both in the restaurant and bar, with pre concert dining and drinks popular with patrons. 

Open Monday to Friday, Merivales cafe menu is available from 12 – 3pm with special concert menu and bar snacks for concerts.

With free Wi-Fi available, both Olio and Merivales are favourite hot spots for a relaxing drink post conference or just networking with colleagues.  

Additional public catering is in the Great Hall, Exhibition Concourse and within the Exhibition Halls available during events.
