Our team is committed to delivering service and operational excellence across the board and the area of Customer Services is integral to the successful outcome of almost every event.


To this end the Centre introduced a purpose-built fully integrated Client and Visitors’ Services Centre located in the Main Foyer and directly linked to the Centre’s Great Hall.

 

The Centre offers a comprehensive range of business related services for clients and guests including:

  • Registration Desk
  • Information Desk
  • Dedicated Convenors Offices  
  • Cloakroom facilities
  • Internet café and wireless internet facilities
  • Wheelchairs and trolley loans
  • Airtrain tickets, bus, train & ferry timetables
  • General business administration requirements and supplies

 

Floor Coordinators:

  • Dedicated, experienced client liaison for all events

Our professional and dedicated team of floor coordinators is responsible for maintaining that all important communication flow between all parties during the course of an event. With more than 30 years experience between them, our Floor Coordinators work closely with Front of House Operations in ensuring the smooth operation of your event.
