Sky Level
The very top level of BCEC on Grey Street featuring the Sky Room & Terrace and a multi-purpose meeting or event space.
Plaza Level
Plaza Auditorium with registration area and six interconnecting, multi-purpose rooms and spacious foyers.
Concord Level
The Concord Level an adjunt to the Plaza Level, with a dedicated Speaker's Presentation Centre and Executive Boardroom to be used in conjunction with the Plaza Auditorium.
Boulevard Level

Arbour Level
