Winner of 42 catering awards, the Centre has been voted Best Function/Convention Centre Caterer in Australia.

Our team of internationally and locally experienced chefs deliver memorable dining experiences across all events. Sophisticated simplicity, quality and freshness are the core ingredients of our menu selection, with everything prepared in-house in our state-of-the-art kitchens, from fresh ingredients to final product

Our menu selection is designed for maximum flexibility for all occasions. Experienced chefs work with clients to develop and customise menus for each and every event. The same philosophy applies to our beverage selection with the pairing of food and wine an important criteria.

About our Catering Team
The Centre's team of highly skilled and talented chefs, led by Executive Chef Martin Latter shares a wealth of experience and knowledge from their varied international backgrounds.

Executive Chef, Martin Latter, whose high profile career has spanned two continents on opposite sides of the globe works on a simple premise -

"Food is my passion, and for me, fresh is best", he says. "We are proud to deliver a product and dining experience comparable to the most celebrated international cuisine."
