Work health and safety legislation requires the venue and event organisers to assess activities undertaken are identified and risk assessed to fulfil their legislative requirements.  We require that you, as the Organiser complete the below Event Safety Risk Acknowledgment Form to identify activities within your event that may require attention to ensure your event is both safe and successful.

How to complete the form.

Download the Risk Acknowledgment Form, once you have filled out the form and any additional permit forms. You are then to email all completed documentation to your BCEC Event Planning Manager or event organiser no later than 14 days prior to the event taking place.
